The 2026 NALTO®/NAPR Annual Convention is a three-day event taking place February 4–6, 2026, at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. It brings together locum tenens and physician-recruitment professionals—from staffing agencies to in-house teams—for a focused program of industry education and collaboration.
The convention features keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and round-table discussions on emerging trends and challenges in healthcare staffing. Attendees can also explore solutions in the exhibit hall and take part in networking events designed to foster new partnerships and strengthen industry connections.
